In developing the specific criteria to win this award, I considered several different areas that create that special "un-named quality of uniqueness and beauty" that tends to seem so evasive on most sites on the internet today. You know the "Wow" quality.

The Award is not just for Web Masters or geeks, but those truly wonderful individuals who, against all odds craft a well thought out and visionary site. One that flows and is not "just another sales letter" or part of "the norm".

This award is reserved for the very best and fresh websites in the world. Sites are chosen by my actual visitation to the site. Some of them were so fantastic that they created a need to know just how they did such marvelous things immediately!

My ultimate goal in all of this is to share with the internet community the websites that WOW with vision, creativity and dreams ~ thereby making a safer and more beautiful place to surf.
