Your website must have content pertaining to a clear purpose or theme. Sites must be family and user friendly.

NAVIGATION:
Your menu should be uniform through out your entire site. Contact information should be clearly visible.

Minimum points that can be earned = 0

LINKS:
Links should not be broken or go to an elicit site. Points are deducted for broken ,corrupt or unethical links..

LOAD TIME:
Your site should load in a reasonable amount of time, less than 30 seconds at 56k.

LANGUAGES:
Sites must have an English version. I cannot properly evaluate the site if it is not in English.

HOW TO REAPPLY:
All applicants must wait 60 days before reapplying.  Award winners trying to upgrade MUST go through the entire process again.
