Where do we begin?  Your coaching was a blessing, in so many ways.  The timing could not have been better.  Not only did you help us on the internet itself and on technical stuff on our website, but professionally and personally as well!  As you recall, Leroy and I were in a tailspin!  He had just lost his job and was just starting out in the real estate industry at a time when our very hot market was making a big change.  And I, still a baby in the industry, was considering a move from one real estate company to another.  So many decisions needed to be made and you helped us along!!  I cannot thank you enough!

Our business is taking off and we are working our businesses separately, but definitely helping one another whenever the need be.  It has enabled us to double the production, but share advice and insight on a professional level for one another.  There are still "issues", but none that cannot be resolved.  And you, my dear, were a catalyst in helping us chart a positive and successful course.  You have a knack for coaching and I know many others will benefit from your warmth, savvy and smarts!
