I am focused and have achievable goals... 

Before I started with Crystal as my coach, I was mess. Even though I thought I had a direction, a circle is really not a direction.  I believed that working harder would make my business better, wrong. So I thought I needed to work smarter. I'll hire help to do some of the tasks, now I'll get some free time, wrong again. Now I must be at work all of the time managing. 

In the short time with Crystal, I am focused and have achievable goals; short , medium and long range. I have completed most of the short term goals I set out in the beginning of coaching. I have hired the right people, put them in the right position for their abilities. My work load has shrunk. Now I have time for the creative things that will build my business. 

I know now I should have started to work with Crystal Curran for my coach years ago. Just remember, it really is never too late to start on the journey where you really dream you want to go. The journey should be an enjoyable trip, not a death march!
