Coaching resulted in a banner year for me!  

Since taking the coaching sessions with you, I don't feel like such a dummy anymore. Finally I learned how to use  "WORD" and incorporate it in my Real Estate business.  For some it comes easy, but for me it was a real challenge!  It has given me the confidence to try to do things I never would attempt before, simply because I did not want to fail.

Before working with you I would always find an excuse for not trying something new.  Now I will at least keep trying till I get to where I want to be.  I forgot many things in the process of not always being able to work at it as much I would like to, but it does come back.

I guess the most significant things I feel I've improved in the most is that I started keeping an address book on my client for future reference.  I find that I respond to quite a few internet leads in a more timely manner and it has resulted in a banner year for me in the remainder of 2001, and  great start for the 1st quarter this year.  Thanks to your great coaching and your patience with me.
